I ordered $660 , The size was so so so small not an original size!!! I ship it back and they only refund $590(They charge $70 for return) , It’s terrible company , not buy it again!!!!

I purchased this item from the Mens tab as a size M. Without measurements provided on the listing, I typically am a M in Rick Owens outerwear. However, when the item arrived, I realize that this measures as a Womens M. Shoulder is only 16” across and pit to pit is only 18”. I could not even get my arms thru the sleeve.
HBX promises to answer emails within 24 hours, only to hear back after my second email beyond the 24 hour time frame.
Long story short, sloppy listing layouts, spotty policies and lost my money.
I’d much prefer outlets such as cettire and ssense as listings are clear, along with reliable customer service.

Rip off and no return address anywhere to be seen!!
I cannot for the life of me, find the return address for the UK. It’s nowhere on the website, the app, any of the paperwork, on the return note I printed out. I have emailed and they just send me to the same place where there is no UK return address (or any return address) I will never buy from this place again. When I was checking out it said the cost meant there was no charge for delivery but the final price was £33 more than the cost of the trainers. Now I will lose that extra £33 and also have to pay to return them if I ever find the return address to send them back. Never again!!

Worst experience ever
used to purchase from them and they used to be good. I don;t know what happened but their shipping & service is so horrible now. Purchased my shoes on 5 Nov 2022, and it is now 4 Dec 2022, a month later, and my shoes are still not delivered to me and nowhere to be found. Mind you, this is a shipment from Hong Kong to Singapore that can usually take 2-3 days with Fedex or DHL (which is what their website says they use). But instead, they use a Crane Shipping which last updated their tracking update of my parcel on 10 Nov, and then no updates whatsoever ever since.
Their customer service on live chat isn't of any much help too. They keep saying they will check, but are unable to provide an answer as to which part of the world my parcel is at either. Will definitely not purchase from HBX again.

HBX have a policy to have full price product price adjustment within 7 days if have price drop.
1)Oct 22,2022- order placed with full price purchase
2)Oct 23,2022,started 20%off of flash sale and the item I have purchased was included
3) Oct 23 and 28 sending email with the request for price adjustment. No one response !
So could anyone giving the proper response? Will be appreciated ! Customer service of HBX is pretty weak for the prompt reply!!!!!

My experience was pretty smooth and I’m very satisfied with my purchase. Ordered a bag to NY (it was sold out everywhere in the world and only had 5 in stock in hbx) and it came within a week, or so. I googled them and seems like they’re a respectable shopping mall in Hong Kong. I would purchase again.
Excellent Transaction
I was looking to purchase a certain MM6 Maison Margiela sweater. I came across HBX, and was initially reluctant to make the transaction as the seller was based in Hong Kong and I’m in the United States. I took a chance, and am thrilled that I did. Excellent price on a fantastic item.
Shipping was fast and well documented with a tracking number. There were no suspicious fees or charges. I would definitely recommend this site.

Horrible
Horrible. The customer service representative didn’t help me and only caused more dissatisfaction. My shoe box came labeled as a size “10” in women’s and a size “8” in mens, while the website stated otherwise. Got the wrong size, and it was final sale so I couldn’t even return it. This was not made clear and can be confusing for customers. Frustrating. Never shopping here again. Don’t waste your money!

The delivery and email reply was fast but that's about it. One of the item was on sale only 3 days after my purchase therefore I ask for a price match. The way they do price match is done unfairly comparing to other online retailers I've shopped from. Its not price matched on the item but rather on the whole purchase?! And also when I made my purchase I chose to display in my currency but the difference to what I paid in the end is USD$80 which is huge. Would never purchase from this company again due to the whole bad process and experience.

Sent me an unsolicited item - brushing scam!
I received an unsolicited (and hideous, might I add) t-shirt from this company.
After doing some reading online, it's most likely they stole my information from somewhere to set up a fake account, proceed with a cheap purchase, and write a fake review for themselves as part of the "brushing" scam.
Don’t use this company
Don’t use this company. Failed to deliver an order, offered no assistance at all, and couldn’t get hold of anyone in customer service for assistance. They’ve failed to deliver an item that’s been paid for, and are taking no responsibility for THEIR issue - taking this further of course as they’re in breach of laws, but just a warning to others, this company clearly don’t value their customers or their duties whatsoever.

Ordered the Common Projects - way too big
Ordered the Common Projects, were way too big and had to ship them back to HBX twice! (This is a reoccurring thing with common projects) HBX’s communication was quick clear and helped me to ultimate satisfaction. Thanks again. (The shipping cost me €60, so make sure you have the right size for you)

I have a very bad experience at HBX…
I have a very bad experience at HBX because I bought a t-shirt which is final sale item, the size is too big n the fabric is not like the pic. They only reply the final sale item cannot return or exchange. I think is very unfair. just like u won't buy it if u see the true item. They never reply my email again. This is what internet shopping is...... Bad experience

Realized after placing order that my address was incorrect, and I followed up via live chat and Stephanie helped me so quickly.
A day later, my order was shipped and arrived so fast. The item was packaged so neatly too! I can’t wait until I get to wear my hoodie!

Sadly a terrible experience
Sadly a terrible experience, i ended up paying so much money on taxes that it made no sense at all to shop at HBX plus a ultra long delivery time from Hong Kong! Such a rip off, this websites should come with a massive red alert disclaimer to protect customers from falling into these traps. All of that combined with a customer service that cant reply one email in two weeks. All in all horrible!
